Senior Finance Consultant
New Zealand Asset Finance Business
Overview:
As a Senior Finance Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting our client's finance brokers and customers in facilitating the efficient processing of asset finance transactions.
You will act as a key point of contact between brokers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
This position requires confident communication skills, strong sales ability, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Sales and Service:
• Assist customers with finance enquiries and guide them through the online application process.
• Help customers upload the required supporting documents.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve conversion targets and handle objections.
• Build trust and maintain customer satisfaction.
Broker Support:
• Support customers and brokers throughout the finance application process.
• Assist brokers with completing and submitting applications.
• Review applications for accuracy and compliance.
• Respond quickly to enquiries, providing advice and resolving issues.
Transaction Management:
• Manage the complete finance application process, from initial enquiry through to settlement.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely processing.
• Keep brokers and customers informed of application progress.
Documentation & Compliance:
• Ensure all documents are complete and compliant.
• Follow up on missing information or documents.
• Keep accurate records of transactions and communications.
Quality Assurance:
• Maintain quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, particularly related to privacy and cybersecurity.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Confident verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in handling and converting sales enquiries.
• Experience in asset and/or consumer finance, or a similar role.
• An understanding of credit assessment processes.
• Familiarity with Australian/New Zealand compliance and privacy requirements.
• Excellent time management skills.
• A positive and outgoing personality, and a can-do attitude.

• New Zealand business hours schedule (currently Monday to Friday, 4:30am to 1:30pm
Manila time)
• Full time onsite role (Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center)
