POSITION/ROLE SUMMARY
The Admin Assistant actively supports the day-to-day business activities of stakeholders in a fast-paced, multitasking environment often working with confidential and time-sensitive material. At the Administrative level, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Admin Services Manager, the Admin Assistant actively supports the day-to-day business activities for a group of Stakeholders in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, often working with confidential and time-sensitive material. At the Administrative level, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues.
Proactive management of email and calendar, meeting & events scheduling, travel coordination/bookings, expense reports, vendor invoice coding, Salesforce activities, general research, and document management support. Function as a backup for other team members and contribute to teaming activities.
Other responsibilities include:
Support and assist with adoption of changes to firm technology, policies, and procedures. Seek ongoing development of professional, digital, and technical acumen. Assist with other firm initiatives/business projects, or general administrative duties as required.
Educational Background
College graduate with any bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, management, and/ or equivalent
Essential Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, and administration or have worked in a role with applicable transferable skills. Any previous experience working in a partnership or professional services firm would be an asset.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Must be amenable to work on a graveyard schedule and hybrid work setup

• Excellence in customer service, with a positive, proactive "can do" attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams.
• An interest in digital upskilling and staying up to date with technological trends.
• Attention to detail, discretion.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and work well in a
team environment.
