Senior Environmental Planner/ Urban Planner

Qualifications ? Must be a licensed Urban Planner
? Must hold a degree in the field of Urban/Environmental Planning
? Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant experience in local and/or international Urban/Environmental Planning
? Must have undertaken at least three (3) local and/or International Master Development Planning Projects
? Must have completed at least one (1) local or international Master Development Planning Project as a Team Leader/Project Manager
? Must have at least forty (40) hours of training in the field of Urban/Environmental Planning

Major Tasks / Responsibilities ? Overall management of the Project and guidance to all personnel of the team in all aspects of the consultancy services as per the TOR and approved work program and ensure that their assigned tasks are performed effectively and in line with the requirements of the consultancy service;
? Oversee and manage the conduct of all activities in relation to the scope of work as specified in this TOR;
? Guide the preparation of all deliverable outputs ensuring quality standards in report and timely submission;
? As an Environmental/Master Planner:
? Characterize the existing situation prior to planning;
? Define the overall development framework as basis for formulation of the MDP;
? Provide inputs in all aspects of the CMDP and other deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
