Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering

Responsible as DDM team lead for respective module, provide guidance and solution to DDM Assistant Engineers in daily tasks and contribute in KPIfulfilment.In your new role you will:Engineering assistance, accountable for on time DDMResponsible to execute fast disposition of the known and non-critical defectsResponsible to alert and engage unit process experts on critical defectsand contains the lotsActively monitoring the DDM cycle time to achieve zero lots >30 daysActively participate and contribute in Daily module meeting to improve LRRYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology / Manufacturing)More than 3 years experience in Process Engineering/ Quality Engineering/ related fieldProactive, Structured and OrganizedExperience in driving projects/ coordination with multiple parties.Technical Engineering knowledge and IT knowledge to automate manual tasks TableauProject Management skill will be an added advantageBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
