In your new role you will:Strive to achieve Quality KPIs to fulfil targets, participate andsupport quality related initiatives.Manage the day-to-day Quality performance of the Production Lineswith support of quality tools like QMR, MRB, DDM, Red/Yellow Tag, SPCetc. based on structured review platforms.Ensure compliance of control plan and quality controls(specifications, FMEA, etc) and production floor are regularly reviewed for relevancy.Perform process review on compliance in production floor and followup on findings.Support quality improvements focusing on systemic root cause and develop effective CAPA implementations inclusive of process controldetectionSupport event evaluation on non conformance incidents to enable timely decision.Make timely escalation for QMR and FAR based on Escalation ManagementMatrixModerate problem solving discussions at respective area.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree / Master in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology,Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science)Appropriate knowledge in analytical skill, reliability assessment and technical judgementMin. 1 years experience in Semiconductor Backend Quality Managementis preferredGood presentation and communication skills are requiredPossess good personality, proactive, positive mindset and independent BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
