In your new role you will: Responsible to drive optimization & improvement to Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) & electrical system contribute toward productivity, reliability, stability, environmental Ensure Zero legal and corporate non-compliance in Facility Management& Control System (FMCS) and electrical system.
Maintain good working relationship with local authorities such as TNB, ST, etc.
Develop effective capacity monitoring and planning to ensure on time demand fulfillment in Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and electrical system through FMECA, oneSAP etc.
Define and maintain technology roadmap, specification, database and documentation for Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and electrical system inline with local and corporate requirement.
Support in project execution which includes but not limited to feasibility study, budgeting, preparation and approval of design criteria, calculation, specifications, drawings, documentation, cost control, reporting, handover; etc.
Lead and drive Industry 4.0 (i4.0) initiatives for the department contribute toward productivity, efficiency, automation.
Site focal person in Facility Management & Control System (FMCS) and Electrical who provides technical support to project and operation team Local site technical expert representative for discussion and collaboration within Facility Management Cluster.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechatronics) Min.
5 years related working experience in Facilities Management or related field/industry, preferably experience in semiconductor facilities management/services/engineering.
