Senior Embedded Developer

We're in urgent need of Sr. Embedded Developer for a well-established Electronic Manufacturing Services provider located in Laguna Technopark Binan, Laguna. Qualifications:

Proven experience in developing applications with Qt, QML, C and C++.
Strong background in embedded firmware.
i.mx6, nrf52, STM32 processors.
Solid understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Attributes:

General user interface design and development is a big plus.
Cloud software, MQTT, communications protocols.
Highly motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work remotely while managing time and priorities effectively.
Willingness to spend time on-site at our office or factory as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop GUI for a smart thermostat using Qt, QML and C++.
Develop and support embedded Linux (Yocto) kernel.
Integrate with RESTFUL cloud services
Implement MQTT client
Develop low level c for coprocessors, specifically nrf52 and TI CC1310.
Agile development process: Conduct code reviews, debugging, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment and maintenance.
Document software design and architecture and provide training and support to team members as needed.
