We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly-skilled Electronics Engineer to play a key role in the development and improvement of the CROVER robot and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of electronic circuits and systems, including architecture, schematic design, PCB layout, and components selectionArchitect and design robust, scalable, and secure electronic systemsEnsure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (in particular European and North American standards), including EMI and EMC complianceOversee the manufacturing, installation, and testing of electrical equipment and sub-systemsCreate and maintain detailed documentation for designs, including schematics, PCB layouts, and test proceduresIdentify and resolve technical issues and provide support for manufacturing and field service teamsWork closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality productsReview the work of and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior electrical engineersDevelop and test prototypes to validate design concepts and ensure functionalityManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specificationsKeep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve electronics architecture and deliver cutting-edge solutionsRequirements: At least 7 years of proven experience in electronics design and development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Proficiency in electronic design software (Altium Designer) and simulation toolsStrong experience in analog and digital circuit design, including microcontrollers, power supplies, motors control, battery systems, and communication interfacesAdvanced expertise in PCB schematics and layout and design for manufacturability and reliabilityMastery of selecting components and maintaining robust libraries and design templates in Altium, ensuring consistency across the entire organizationExperience with electronic testing and measurement equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, etc.)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesStrong English written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience working with international teams and in global marketsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirementsDemonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks, fostering both personal and company growthBenefits: Crover offers highly competitive, total compensation packages linked directly to an employee's professional experienceThe range of starting annual base pay for this role is PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per monthCollaborative and innovative environment: have the chance to work with one of the leading robotics teams in the world, leading the way in granular locomotion at a global levelOpportunities for professional growth and developmentOther Details: This is primarily a remote position, providing flexibility to work from home.
