Senior Director Of Operations (Davao)

The Senior Director is responsible for leading our operations team to consistently achieve performance results that exceed client expectations. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager, you will coordinate and liaise with internal leaders and client representatives to make strategic decisions and set goals for operational activities

• More than three (3) years experience as a Site Director or Director of Operations or Senior Operations Manager.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in managing both internal (in-house) and external (remote - work from home) operations.
• Must have a stable employment history
Experience and/or certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology
• Practical experience with professional and non-professional staff augmentation.
• Client launch project management experience with clients of any size or professional discipline.
• Certified Project Management Professional
