The Sr. Director - Delivery manages all Commercial CX (Contact Center) operations and delivery for the Asia Pacific region. This position will oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensure compliance with requirements, drive operational excellence and innovation, and will foster a culture of customer satisfaction and employee engagement. What you will need to succeed:
Leadership experience in the BPO industry with expertise in the Asia Pacific region.  Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale and complex operations, with demonstrated results in improving quality, efficiency, and profitability. Expert knowledge in industry trends, regulations, standards, and best practices. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and innovation. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse and high-performing team.
