Senior Developer I ( On Site )

Responsibilities Maintain a user-first mentality.Become the project lead for respective domain within the probation period.Act as an ambassador for test-driven development.Design and implement highly scalable solutions in line with the company's core values.Lead and mentor junior team members.Deliver documentation for service consumers.Communicate progress regularly with the Head of Software.Collaborate with the Head of Software for new projects.Continuously learn new technologies and QoL tooling improvements for company adoption.Perform quality assessments of services with proposals for execution regularly.Required Skills BS CS/CE/IT or equivalent.Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in a team environment.Solid computer science foundation and modern design patterns.Strong database design, implementation, and scaling skills.Strong understanding of concurrency problems and optimization strategies.Proven ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to integrate both open-source and proprietary B2B solutions.Must have technical proficiency PHP7 (CodeIgniter, Laravel, Zend).Javascript (ExtJS, Vue, React, and/or Angular).Codeception.Bash, Package Management.IBM DB2, Redis, Lucene, pgSQL.Version Control.Virtualization.OWASP Security.What we offer Non-taxable allowances.Paid vacation and sick leaves.Flexible work arrangement.Standard work week from Monday to Friday - 10am to 7pm.No work on PH holidays.Free HMO for your loved ones from day 1 up to 3 dependents.
