Solutions Developer for Communication and Contact Center cloud solutions, development, and application integrations
Experience with common development languages such as C++, C#, Java, etc
Agile approach and DevOps experience required for development, automation, and operational model.
Experience with DevOps tools GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
Experience with DevOps platforms Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Experience with customer engagement solutions such as Twilio, Amazon Connect, or other CPaaS is a plus.
Work closely with business technologists and operating leads to develop new capabilities and operating models.
Interacting with internal Business and End User Services departments to design and implement enhancements is comfortable.
Drive standardization and documentation and take a leading role in collaboration development around the globe.
Experience and capability to solution applications that run in Azure cloud with security and compliance requirements
Qualification
4+ years of experience with Linux or equivalent command line shell4+ years of experience with a scripting language like Python, Groovy, or Ruby; or3+ years of experience with object-oriented language (Java, .NET) coding2+ years of Ansible and/or Terraform or similar automation2+ years of experience in a public cloud offering, migrating or building tools and applications in Azure2+ years of experience of Docker & KubernetesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceExperience with Software Development and Agile development methodologyStrong ability to identify, understand, and communicate business needs and application architectures for technical projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to effectively communicate across all levels is required.Experience in understanding and communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.Excellent written/verbal skills and the ability to communicate effectively are required.Must be a self-starter who can work independently and in a collaborative team environment. This job requires relationship-building and driving change in a matrixed work environment
Additional Advantage Skills
• Platform experience with leading collaboration technologies and certifications are a plus.
Experience in one or more of the following:

• Experience with telecommunications providers, SIP trunking, and complex voice routing and
regulations.
• Knowledge and understanding with networking infrastructure (QoS, Routing, Packet Captures,
DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, etc.)
• Knowledge and understanding of security infrastructure such as firewalls, VPN, key management,
encryption, certificates, etc
