Could you be the full-time Senior Design Engineer (Signalling) in Ortigas, Philippines we're looking for?
Purpose of the Job: Alstom Philippines is expanding its pool of multi-talented individuals. We are looking for experienced and versatile Signalling Design Engineers.
Responsibilities: Prepare signalling technical presentations, documents, and interface control documents.Verify and comment on signalling documentation received from different design units.Proactive participation in the verification & validation of site activities.Interface with different stakeholders for technical exchanges.Manage technical meetings with the customer and stakeholders and follow up on meeting minutes to close open issues.Coordinate signalling training (support logistics, organization of training, reports).Responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing analysis or solutions with technical support to comply with requirements.Accountable for following the documentation execution process.Support and coordinate signalling activities between onshore and offshore engineering management.Coordinate with the project manager, system engineering manager, requirement manager, and interface manager with all subsystem engineers to monitor the technical progress of the signalling system.Job Requirements: Engineering degree or bachelor's degree in Railway Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Instrumentation Engineering.Minimum 8 years of experience in signalling railway and at least 13 years as an engineer.Knowledge in interlocking, automatic train supervision, and automatic train protection.Work experience in ERTMS projects is a plus.Knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & documentation.Rigor, autonomy, teamwork, and sharing work results easily.Good written and verbal communication skills.Flexible to work in different timings based on need.Things you'll enjoy: Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
