Senior Design Associate

Location: Onsite - Makati | Shifting Schedule

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development: Conceptualize and design projects from client briefs, pushing the boundaries of artwork and suggesting appropriate messages, styles, or media.
Technical Production: Ensure that corporate brand guidelines are adhered to, and client expectations are met while working efficiently to deliver high-quality designs.
Collaboration: Work with clients, art directors, and fellow designers to meet project goals and timelines.
Organization: Archive work files and log time spent on projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office, After Effects, and other design software.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic and layout design.
- Motion design and web design knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
