GACIS DENTAL CLINIC is searching for an experienced dentist with at least one specialization. Can work at least 2x a week, and preferably lives near the vicinity.
Location: 30 Maginhawa, QC
Clinic Hours: Mon-Sun, 10am-6pm
Salary: TBD, with commission
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the head dentist with long procedures or handle long procedures independentlyPrepare patients for treatment (e.g. by applying oral sedation or anesthesia)Proper diagnosis of dental problems with the use of appropriate diagnostic toolsPerform oral prophylaxis, tooth restoration, tooth extraction, root canal treatment, and other general dental proceduresDesign and fit dental prosthetics, such as bridges, crowns, and denturesOperate digital x-ray and intraoral scanning deviceApply teeth-whitening treatmentsPrescribe medication as neededEducate patients on proper brushing techniques, flossing, and fluoride usePromote good oral health and preventive dental care (e.g. by scheduling regular check-ups)Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
