Responsibilities
• Influence and lead customer experience and data & analytics engagements• Develop, manage, and maintain relationships• Hire and develop builders capable of driving strategy and operations• Influence and achieve results through others• Invest in new market segments and establish cross-functional initiatives• Lead the production of frameworks, methods, and best practices• Implement scalable mechanisms to improve quality and efficiency• Lead teams to deliver new and reusable assets• Execute operational plan and achieve financial targets• Establish and enforce strong control and governance
Requirements
• BS level technical degree required; Computer Science or Math background preferred• 15+ years of relevant experience in solving business, product, and technical challenges• 5+ years of direct people management experience• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data & analytics strategies and solutions• Proficiency in cloud technology value proposition and services• Minimum of 3 years working experience in ASEAN region• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
