Senior Data Scientist

Job Description: As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be accountable for building, tuning, supporting, and governing AI and GenAI models to help BDO turn data into insights and business decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities: Build predictive and prescriptive models (using machine learning, deep learning, optimization, etc.) to solve business problems (e.g., product recommendation).Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to generate meaningful features and business requirements from existing data sources or seek out new data sources as necessary.Contribute to AI governance and build models and monitoring tools to adhere to AI governance policies. Implement and maintain a robust feedback loop for continuous model improvement.Design, test, and optimize prompts for various applications, focusing on end-user engagement and task effectiveness specifically for GenAI use cases.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math/Statistics, or any related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field.Candidate must be willing to work in Makati.BDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
