Bachelor's degree in IT or related coursesHaving expertise in data governance, telecom domain is mandatoryNeeds to understand mobile Network architecture.Should be familiar with the Network terminologies as we will be working on these Telecom network inventory data.Experience implementing Data Quality Rules 8 or more years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with any data quality toolProficiency in development around data profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, verification, matching and data quality exception monitoring and handlingExperience assessing the data flowsExcellent data analysis and data profiling skills using any tool or excel based.Strong knowledge & 5+ years of experience on SQL & PL/SQLExperience creating business requirement & technical design documentsExperience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocolGood to have experience with at least one end to end Data Governance implementationMust possess good oral and written communication and presentations skills with the ability to lead meetings effectively.Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately Experience using Agile methodology.Can work onsite at BGC
