GrowthAssistant is looking for a Senior Data Analyst for our growth marketing team. This teammate sorts and enrich lead databases for data reporting, ensuring that data extracted from various sources are accurate and transformed into insightful dashboards.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a well-known brand and wants continuous learning and growth during their career.The Benefits Work From Home Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses Paid Holidays and Time Offs Health Insurance Card The Role Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead database Build and sort lead lists for weekly outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator Enrich, clean up, and prepare the lead list for loading into outbound tools (e.g., Apollo.io) Collect data from various tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Orum, Salesforce) to prepare reports for the regular meeting Create visualizations from scratch to support reporting in which examples or comparables are provided for replication to ensure expectations are met Data entry and manipulation (i.e., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duping) Provide basic insights and analysis with prescriptive direction Build out reporting templates for monthly reports to summarize performance (copy/paste templated charts/diagrams/data into Powerpoint Slides that summarize performance) Develop collateral that will be used in future outbound campaigns Monitor ongoing campaigns day-to-day to ensure processes are running smoothly Make updates to campaign collateral based on team leads' direction Ad-hoc day-to-day support for the outbound team (i.e., one-off tasks to help with lead outreach) The Requirements Must have advanced experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets 1+ years of experience with Looker or a similar platform Should have strong communication skills (i.e., proactively seeks out support and review any work product) Should have an enthusiastic attitude and be open to constructive feedback Experience with Fin Tech or other technology companies is a nice-to-have Experience with outreach/lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling tools) is preferred Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred Experience with building and reporting on demand generation campaigns is a nice-to-have Intermediate experience with SQL is a plus Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Can work on the graveyard shift following any US time zones We are looking for someone who wants to grow as part of our team.
