Senior Customer Service Representative - Retail Account

The Senior Retail Sales Consultant (CSR IV)plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment. This role involves handling complex customer interactions, resolving issues, and leading by example to ensure high standards of service are consistently met. The Senior Customer Service Representative will also mentor and support junior staff, contributing to a positive and efficient retail operation.

Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in BPO sales.
College degree or equivalent.
Availability to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to work onsite.
