Senior Customer Experience Associate

The Senior Customer Experience Associate is responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering calls, welcoming visitors, handling tenant inquiries, and processing mails and documents.
It ensures the office is clean, organized, and presentable while managing client services such as gatepass processing, printing, and minor IT troubleshooting.
The position involves administrative support, reporting, inventory management, and addressing workplace issues by coordinating with the Customer Success Lead.
It also enforces company policies, oversees site readiness, facilitates conference room bookings, assists with marketing events, and builds strong relationships with clients.
Additionally, the role acts as the site point of contact in the absence of the Customer Success Lead, ensuring seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
