Customer Advocate (Senior)

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of Company products and services as well as outstanding communication skills with team members within the customer service department.
Essential Functions

Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer issues, orders, and product knowledge requests
Logged in to designated phone queues for a minimum of 7.5 hours per day for full time shifts
Answer all calls, chats, and emails with professional phone and email etiquette
Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established processes, policies, and procedures
Check and/or follow up with emails/voicemails/agent issues
Escalation management
Talk customers through product assembly
Provide a positive work environment and team support
Handle confidential and non-routine information with high regard to privacy

Other Responsibilities as Requested

Communicate shipment issues
Facilitate good communication within the organization
Interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
As needed, will assist with special projects or other tasks within the organization
Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Customer service call center experience desired
