Job description

Responsibilities:

Determines accounts with accumulating overdue and take the necessary steps to collect dues immediately
Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customers
Prepare Statement of Account
Monitor Aging
Monitor bounce cheques
Follow up the customers about the payment

Qualifications:

Graduate of any business course or any field related
With 2-3 years of experience in the same field
Willing to do field work
Excellent negotiating skills
Knowledgeable in small claims court cases
Excellent in verbal and written communication
