Craft and develop templates for all communication to external customers across all marketing APAC call centers. Provide a holistic overview and support of all social media channels through the APAC call centers. Have oversight on all communication channels and look for ways to manage and consolidate these channels. Respond to all Clark Call Centre inbound messages via Whatsapp, Viber, META (messages & comments) and emails within a 48 hour SLA. Strategies that are professional, initiative to the needs of the customer and aligned with our company purpose of proving service perfection. Provide seamless, concierge style service to customers and ensure the communication is grammatically correct and professional in nature. Work collaboratively with the wider marketing campaigns and partnerships to understand the customer, their needs and wants and individual differences between each campaign and partnership. Create a series of tailored communication that can be replicated in local language across all APAC call centers. Ensure quality customer service is provided to all potential and existing clients and customers. Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safetyofyourselfandallother peoplewhomaybeaffectedbyyourconductintheworkplace.
