Job Responsibilities:Reading, interpreting, and executing various machining works using CNC Machines.Operating and setup up CNC machines.Ability to develop, simulate, and improve CNC Programming (G-Code/CAM).Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to the requirements.Suggest new tooling design & modification to existing tooling when required.Prepare and update CNC programs.Determine and program size of batches, speed of machine etc.Perform machine troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance of all machines.Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.Performs cleaning and maintaining of 5S practices.To communicate with stakeholders to ensure to product high-quality products.To ensure and implement lean manufacturing processes and meet the yield rate. Job Requirements:At least 3 years experience with CAD/CAM.At least 5 years of CNC Machining experience.Experience with micro precision parts manufacturing.Able to communicate well in both English & Mandarin.
