Senior Category Manager / Senior Merchandising Manager Job Summary: Responsible for managing the assortments, sales, and net profit of the assigned category.
Key Responsibilities: Build an assortment of relevant SKU's for our customers and in line with our principles (hard discount supermarket).  Develop private labels for all SKUs.  Strong knowledge of the category assigned (detail oriented and high analytical skills).  Strong negotiation skills to be applied both with branded and private label suppliers in order to maximize the benefit of the company.  Ensure the quality level the company needs.  Work in close collaboration with all the other departments to ensure the correct service level is achieved.  Job Requirements:  Goal oriented, highly motivated, well organized, proactive, flexible and available to work in a fast-growing company.  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.  Required language(s): English, Filipino. At least 5 years of working experience in Retail Merchandising, Brand and Product Management, Key Account Manager.  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems, processes, and additional software/web-based applications. FDA regulatory system knowledge is strongly recommended.  Candidates must be willing to be assigned to Osave office in TayTay.
