Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for? Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field. Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in extracting, transforming and porting data from source systems to data analytics platform(s) and reports using Tableau, Qlik, R, SPSS Experience in analysing different types of data to support business needs and present the results in concise visualisation formats Has an inquisitive mind and proactivity to challenge the norms constructively Must have initiative, drive and work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market Who is TDCX?
