Senior Business Analyst (Wfh)

Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate weekly project reviews with Business, Production and Engineering Marketing teams to align all stakeholders on priorities and scheduleManage project development lifecycle from initiation to closure, tracking and reporting project milestones and providing daily status.Work closely with project requestor to outline scope, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.Elicit requirements and ensuring any changes are documented and approvedPreparing quality assurance criteria and communicate to the product teamFacilitation of workshopsPerform appropriate analysis using the appropriate toolsApprove the delivery of completed work and ensuring they meet the business requirementsPrioritise and assign the work as needed for the teamWork closely with external contractors or vendors is neededOccasionally work on non-office hour is needed
Qualifications
Proven experience to lead, manage and work with large, geographically dispersed teamsStrong knowledge on web development cycleRetail and e-commerce experience is preferredMust be detail oriented, self-motivated, work independent and work under pressureConvey a positive, "can-do" attitude towards challenges and strong problem solving skillsEffective communicator and strong negotiation skillsGood command of English (both verbal and written)Magento platform experience prior or current is preferred.Must be a team player.
