DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaise with stakeholders to understand business processes, system features, needs and objectives, and challenges and pain-points effectively.Influence stakeholders for best solution implementation while removing blockers and suggesting best approach.Manage requirements with the use of effective application of change control processes and tools.Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.Implement organizational change management activities.Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide recommended IT solutions and process improvement plans to clients addressing their pain points.Ensure general understanding of high and low-level information between all project stakeholders.Review testing scenarios to ensure that they are aligned with requirements stated in software documentation.Conduct user acceptance testing, providing post-implementation support to business stakeholders and end-users through user manual documentation and facilitation of user training.Document high-level and detailed user requirements that may span multiple business domains.Document current and to-be business processes and high-level product requirements specifications.Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements (i.e. Performance/Turnaround Time, Data Retention, Usability, Interoperability, etc.) in use-case format.Create walkthrough deck in preparation for the UAT proper.Document user manuals and training decks for post-implementation support.JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education: At least graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.Related Work Experience:Experienced in software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies including:Requirements EngineeringProcess Definition and MappingChange ManagementKnowledgeable with diagramming techniques.Skills:Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.Must have a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.Must have good leadership skills, risk management, client interfacing, and decision-making skills.Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and with a cross-functional team.Must have decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.Must have a passion for new consumer technology and the emerging mobile landscape.Excellent scoping and estimation skills.Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
