Job Description Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and consumer insights to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.

Product Innovation and Development: Lead the development and launch of new products, flavors, and line extensions in line with consumer preferences and market demands, ensuring competitive differentiation and brand relevance.

Budget Management: Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI and meet financial targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across the organization.

Brand Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to evaluate brand performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
