We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Activation Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our brand plans.
Job Summary: As a Senior Brand Activation Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for developing annual brand plans and ensuring their successful execution. You will work closely with local sales teams to deliver in-store excellence and drive business growth in alignment with our global marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Master the onsite consumer journey by identifying key touchpoints to drive purchases.
Assist in daily store performance management and tracking (GMV sales, traffic, ATP check, content score, store rating).
Manage product page optimization, including search rank, mobile-ready content, price checks, keyword, and attribute tagging.
Facilitate promo and campaign execution excellence, including promo enrollment and onsite placement audits.
Oversee store reviews and handle customer service escalations.
Manage tools adoption and A/B testing for vouchers, free shipping, feed, SIS, and Flexi Combo.
Create business reports, including daily sales and store performance trackers.
Conduct forecasting analysis for business planning.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand or account management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce, metrics, activations, and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts, handle high-pressure situations, and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
