Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Senior Bookkeeper who can work with us full-time and on-site! 
Where??? JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our partner, BlueRock's growing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring their financial records are accurate and organised while collaborating with a friendly and supportive crew. 
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:  Oversee and manage the organisation's day-to-day bookkeeping activities. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Review and reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial records to maintain accuracy. Prepare and analyse financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts and provide financial data to support decision-making processes. Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints. Handle complex bookkeeping tasks and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and purchasing, to ensure proper financial recording and reporting. Supervise and mentor junior bookkeeping staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Perform periodic audits to ensure data integrity and adherence to accounting principles. Prepare documents for Business Activity Statements (BAS) for numerous clients. Lodge BAS for numerous clients. Perform reconciliations and answer any questions related to financial discrepancies. Ensure the ATO Integrated Clearing Account is up to date. Assist in resolving financial queries and discrepancies. Ensure compliance with tax regulations.  We would need you to be or have the following:  ?? A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or anything similar. At least 3-4 years of related work experience is essential. Experience in Australian bookkeeping is required. Xero Certification is an absolute MUST!  Be a part of the Smartsourcing crew ??!  Smartsourcing was born with the purpose of changing people's lives.
