Senior Bookkeeper

WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORKPLACE LOCATION: Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig City
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Dayshift, Monday-Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

An allocated client scope and tasks to achieve weekly
Work to task deadlines
Update client file per work procedure
Update team leader of task completion and any unreconciled issues/call outs
Tasks may include:
BAS/IAS preparation
Bank reconciliation
Payroll preparation
Data entry- AP/AR processing
Client specific report updates
Time capture
Support processes
Weekly Team meeting – check in, re-focus, news and training

QUALIFICATIONS:

Accounting Bachelor degree OR TAFE Cert 4 equivalent
More than 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Experience in Xero software
Basic Microsoft Excel formula and navigation skills
STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
