QUALIFICATIONS With a bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA designation an advantage Must have at least 3 years of progressive experience in billing or invoicing Must have knowledge of basic accounting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with accounting systems such as SAP B1 RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all required documents for Invoice Processing are complete Review and ensure compliance with company policies, financial standards and procedures, and the agreed Statement of Work with the client Collaborate with the Operations department to address and resolve any invoice discrepancies and disputes Process invoices and other related documents accurately and promptly, meeting service level agreement and key performance indicators Collect outstanding invoices and send timely reminders to clients Record incoming payments in alignment with financial standards and procedures Address and clarify any billing concerns raised by clients Accomplish other tasks as needed by the program
