Senior Associate Facilities Management And Maintenance

Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
With license (Registered ME/EE/CE)
Certified BOSH/COSH Safety Officer is an advantage but not required
Certified Pollution Control Officer is an advantage but not required
Minimum of 5 years experience in Facilities Management with at least 3 years supervisory role
Experience in managing large, complex facilities (office building, commercial properties)
Experience in budgeting and cost control for facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs and capital improvement projects
Experience in people management/administration
Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSH) and local government regulations (DENR, BFP, LGU etc.)
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and security systems)
Strong understanding of space planning, layout design and optimization
Skills: Detail-oriented, Project Management, Problem solving, Strong Communication skills, Proactive and Result-driven with a strong sense of ownership
Willing to travel and to be assigned in any branch
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000
