Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Performs Investor Database review functions, including but not limited to, reviewing investor information obtained from subscription documents for investor information derived from fund subscription documents (Tax information, Wiring information, Contact information, etc.);
Reviews and maintains investor databases and ensures that these files are stored in a safe manner;
Communicates with various teams, including fund administration, tax and treasury group regarding the Investor details in the database;
Updates investor information and provides the list to the Fund Administration team in a secure manner.
Requirements Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field;
Has two or more years' experience in investor relations or related field;
Has knowledge in the alternative investment industry, particularly in investor databases;
Familiar with Subscription documents and the necessary information (FINRA, TaxDetails, Benefit Plan Type and Investor Classifications);
Strong attention to detail;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Detail-oriented and has excellent organization skills;
Has good command of the English language, both oral and written;
Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs;
Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
