Senior Analyst Hr Services - Service Excellence Operations

Location: Mandaluyong (Hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)
Schedule: Dayshift

Job Overview: will be responsible for driving service excellence through continuous improvement, process optimization, and
automation. This role will also be involved in transitioning new processes or services into the shared services environment, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services or a similar role.
- Proven experience in process improvement, project management and HR service delivery.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
