Senior Advisor

Collaborates with managers and individuals to facilitate employee relations and resolve human resource issues on behalf of the organization, including workplace safety and comfort, handling employee complaints, grievances, cases of poor performance, employee assistance (e.g., helping employees with medical issues including stress), and dealing with non-standard cases.
