Sirva is now seeking a Senior Administrator to support our international clients and be part of the team in the Philippines.
This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.

Position Summary Responsible for administrative duties, communication with suppliers, and other assigned duties, on all files in an Admin Support's case load. Admin Support has minimal contact with clients and relocating employees, but extensive contact with service providers and internal resources. The Admin Support must have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and meeting deadlines associated with multiple tasks. The Admin Support must be able to gain an understanding of all aspects of clients' international policy and program as well as a general understanding of all international services.
Some day-to-day tasks include:
Open files, research/select/place referrals with appropriate suppliers. Pro-active management of and communications to suppliers for updates and required information as necessary. Responsible for updating system data with information provided by suppliers, Move Management Consultants (MMC), clients, and directly from the assignees. This includes updating addresses, uploading important documentation, changes to client specific information, keeping notes updated in the system, etc. Answer phones, provide back-up to MMC's and other Admin's, and manage daily mail and email requests and other correspondence. Other responsibilities as necessary to support Move Management Consultants, client specific tasks and customer demands. Who are we looking for? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and job-specific software and systems is a must. We are looking for an individual with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all administrative tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. We are seeking candidates who can collaborate effectively within a team to achieve common goals. Candidates must excel at managing deadlines and effectively multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced office setting. International or intercultural experience is an asset, but not a requirement.
