Senior Admin Facilities Management And Maintenance - Quezon City

SALARY RANGE: ?45,000 - ?55,000
WORK LOCATION: Quezon City | Willing to travel or be assigned in other branch
AGE PREFERENCE: 32-45 years old

- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Civil Engineering
- Registered Engineer (ME, CE, EE)
- Certified BOSH / COSH Safety Officer (Advantageous)
- Certified Pollution Control Officer (Advantageous)

- Minimum of 5 years experience in Facilities Management | 3 years of Supervisory role
- Experience in managing large, complex facilities (office building, commercial properties)
- Experience in budgeting and cost control for facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Experience in people management / administration
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSH) and local / government regulations (DENR, BFP, LGU, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security systems)
- Strong understanding of space planning, layout design, and optimization
