Senior Admin Facilities Management And Maintenance - Quezon City

SALARY RANGE: ?45,000 - ?55,000WORK LOCATION: Quezon City | Willing to travel or be assigned in other branchAGE PREFERENCE: 32-45 years old- Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Civil Engineering- Registered Engineer (ME, CE, EE)- Certified BOSH / COSH Safety Officer (Advantageous)- Certified Pollution Control Officer (Advantageous)- Minimum of 5 years experience in Facilities Management | 3 years of Supervisory role- Experience in managing large, complex facilities (office building, commercial properties)- Experience in budgeting and cost control for facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects- Experience in people management / administration- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSH) and local / government regulations (DENR, BFP, LGU, etc.)- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security systems)- Strong understanding of space planning, layout design, and optimization- Detail-oriented- Project management- Problem solving- Strong communication skills- Proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
