Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Civil EngineeringRegistered Engineer (ME, CE, EE)Certified BOSH / COSH Safety Officer (Advantageous)Certified Pollution Control Officer (Advantageous)Minimum of 5 years experience in Facilities Management | 3 years of Supervisory roleExperience in managing large, complex facilities (office building, commercial properties)Experience in budgeting and cost control for facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projectsExperience in people management / administrationFamiliarity with health and safety regulations (OSH) and local / government regulations (DENR, BFP, LGU, etc.)Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, security systems)Strong understanding of space planning, layout design, and optimizationDetail-orientedProject managementProblem solvingStrong communication skillsProactive and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
