Senior Accounting Officer - Onsite

Job Summary

The Senior Accounting Officer is responsible for the daily processing of approved loans, payment processing, general accounting.

Responsibilities

Reconciliation
• Perform all the necessary reconciliations including bank and balance sheet reconciliations

General Accounting
• Ensure all transactions are completely and accurately recorded in the correct period
• Review expense liquidation forms submitted by employees
• Record adjustments as needed
• Monthly Reconciliation of Accounts

Loan Monitoring
• Monitoring of monthly amortization and payment application for each loan

Payment Processing
• Check and review for Sales Incentive and Dealers Proceeds
• Check and review of voucher payment for Suppliers, Employee's reimbursement and advances

Operation Process
• Assists staff in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvement for reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate with other departments clear process flows

Others
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related disciplines

Experience:
• 3 years of related work experience
• 1 year of experience with at least 1 of the Big 4
• Conversant with leasing accounting

Work Arrangement

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8 am - 5 pm
Location: BGC, Taguig
Set-up: Onsite
