Senior Accounting Clerk (Ap/Ar,Oracle, Access Db, Apex/Aviss) - Hybrid

Main responsibilities
•Process division and various other supplier invoices, primarily for capital purchases, utilizing Oracle.
•Perform multi-system research and analysis for both external and internal customers.
•Provide supplier support, including but not limited to the use of APEX and AVISS.
•Communicate with division personnel, suppliers, and other employees
•File, sort, organize, and box both electronic and physical documents.
•Supervise and train junior accounting staff
•Any and all job duties assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldMinimum of 5 years work experience in a larger organization with high volume processing/accounting environment, specifically Accounts Payables using mainframe-based accounting system.Experience working in Oracle Accounts Payable module (Preferred).Experience in Oracle Accounts Receivable / Cash application / Accounts Payables / GL module (Preferred)Experience working with pharmacy claims, insurance companies, rebilling claims, and denials (Preferred)Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable or collections work experience is a larger organization using mainframe-based accounting system.Work Condition:
Shifting Schedule3x a week onsite in BGC Taguig
