Senior Accountantt - Reporting And Tax

JOB DESCRIPTION: Acts as team lead in month-end financial closing and preparation of financial statementsPrepares detailed and accurate monthly financial reports with supporting schedules.Checks accuracy of balances in the completed schedulesAssist the immediate head in handling external financial audits of subsidiaries and affiliatesCollaborates within Finance and cross functional teams for effective and efficient preparation of regulatory reports.Prepares other reports as requested by the ManagementSupervises and mentors accounting staff, conduct evaluations, identify training needs.Checks the accuracy of reports and payments to the different regulatory agencies such as SEC and BIR.Assists the immediate head on various tasks that may be assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related major or equivalent professional experienceMust have at least one (1) year Supervisory levelMust have at least one (1) year experience in financial planning, analysis & reportingCPA is a plus but not requiredKnowledgeable of Workday Financial System, preferred but not required
