DIRECT HIRING!
1. Ensures accuracy, timeliness and relevance of recorded accounting transactions.
2. Manage financial reports for API in compliance with BIR and SEC rulings.
3. Prepare income tax returns and reviews other internal revenue and municipal taxes.
4. Check, review, implement and comply with existing and/or updated regulations of BIR,
SEC, banks, SSS, HDMF, Phil health and all other related external parties.
5. Attends to the timely preparation and payment of all taxes such as Income Tax Return, Value Added Tax, broker's tax, municipal licenses and local taxes, real estate taxes, withholding taxes, etc. Must be prepared two (2) working days before due date.
6. Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and other requirements as may be required in BIR letter
of Authority (LOA).
7. Reviews books of accounts such as Petty Cash Book, Sales Book, DCM Register, Cash
Receipt Book, etc.
8. Accountable for hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of Branch Controllers,
Accounting Supervisor, Accountant Cost, Accountant Sales and Inventory Analyst
9. Sees to it that all necessary adjustments to accounts are made immediately and prepares a
summary of all adjusting entries for the month (JV014).
10. Prepares journal entries for fixed accruals, interest expense accrual, foreign exchange
translation and related general ledger adjustments.
11. Prepares the company's chart of accounts, makes additions or deletions, and tailors reports
generated by the general ledger system.

12. Checks, updates and generates reports of the general ledger system.
13. Ensures that Invoice and DR documents are intact and recorded in a timely manner.
14. Reconciliation of Branch Inventory Reports vs. HO Records including all consignments and
report variances for necessary adjustments using Discrepancy Report Form.
15. Reviews cost of production entries, reconciliations, schedules, listings and reports prepared
by the accounting staff.
16. Facilitate annual inventory of fixed assets. Ensure that Fixed Asset Inventory Listing is
updated at all times and all fixed assets are properly labeled.
17. Ensures that all books of accounts are properly safeguarded after office hours.
18. Process TIN registration of new employees and Update of Employees Information via BIR
EFPS.
19. Consolidation and submission of required KPI data to IQA.
20. Checking of branch Weekly Performance Monitoring Report (WPMR).
21. Makes sure that internal control systems and procedures are being followed and
recommends new systems of internal control.
22. Comply with all company rules and regulations and Quality Manual of the Company.
23. Perform other works that may be required by the President.
