will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, establishing a relationship with them, manage the full-life cycle recruiting, communication with candidates and hiring managers, and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Experience:

Sales Skills:
Proficiency in selling recruiting services to existing and prospective clients using solid arguments.
Client Satisfaction:
Ability to maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints.
Recruitment Knowledge:
Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and industry trends. Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills. Experience in developing and implementing recruiting strategies
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Native or Proficient in English.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Multitasking:

Technical Proficiency:

What You'll Do:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality clients through prospecting and lead generation.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with HR and hiring decision-makers in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry.
Collaboration:
Work with senior business partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Develop job descriptions and create effective recruitment strategies.
Recruitment Channels:
Utilize various channels, including ATS, job boards, social media, online networking events, and employee referrals, to attract candidates.
Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical qualifications, skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience:
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Talent Pipeline:
Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
Employer Branding:
Lead efforts to enhance BioBoston Consulting's brand through social media presence and industry online events.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Industry Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, recommending process improvements.
Special Projects:
Lead special projects and recruiting initiatives to raise the bar on talent acquisition.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local US employment regulations.
What You'll Need:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry in the US market.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM, lead generation tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience with ATS and recruitment software.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Relationship Skills:
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
Organizational Skills:
Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform and improve recruitment strategies.
