You'll be responsible for managing production, and warehouse logistics, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control.
Job Responsibilities:.
Production Management: Lead and supervise the machine assembly production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Develop and implement efficient production processes to optimize output, minimize downtime, and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to streamline assembly procedures and improve product efficiency.
Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to meet delivery targets date effectively.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations.
Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, and storage procedures.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of the materials and components required for the assembly.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies, damages, and losses, while maximizing inventory turnover.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce stringent quality control measures throughout the assembly process to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Conduct regular quality audits, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, checklists, and reports with the quality team.
Team Leadership and Training: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the production and warehouse teams.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and organize relevant training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Implement safety measures and promote a culture of safety within the workplace environment.
Disciplinary: Manage disciplinary procedures in alignment with company guidelines and legal requirements.
Investigate and address instances of policy violations, misconduct, or conflicts within the workplace.
The Profile Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
An advanced degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
Proven experience of 5 years in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industries, with a focus on machine assembly and production management.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor assembly processes, equipment, and quality control methodologies.
Proficiency in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Process optimization emphasizes the use of advanced software.
