Selling Supervisor (Las Pinas)

**THE COMPANY**: The Villar Group brings you a new store concept that houses under one roof the various international and local goods, food and snacks from the various countries in the region.
From a wide selection of snacks and confectionery, ramen and ramyeon, sake, schocu and suju to house wares and the latest Korean craze, you can find them all at KAL Asian Mart.
**THE ROLE**: We are looking for Selling Supervisors who are willing to be assigned inGlobal South, Las Pinas.
QUALIFICATIONS
Has at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Supervisor /experienced employee specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Must have knowledge in sales and inventory management
Must be analytic and resourceful
Has good communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsible of the store in its day-to-day operations
Supervise the performance of rank and file positions reporting directly to him/her
Responsible of the sales and inventory
Plan and achieve the goals for each month
Conduct PEP talks and meetings with subordinates
Ensure quality service to customers
Willing to be assigned in Global South Las Pinas.
