Selling Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer service management
Category building: a. Accountable for category sales achievement; b. Ensure 100% customer service level; c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented; d. Safety and sanitation of the category; e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO); f. Bad order management; g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion; h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated.
Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration or any related course.
With atleast 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
Amenable to work at WalterMart Supermarket San Pascual Batangas
